Three reasons Anthropic Claude is our flagship platform for SMB AI:
- Mature agentic capabilities. Claude’s tool use and Claude Code are the most production-ready agent platform available today. We’ve deployed autonomous monitoring agents, infrastructure orchestrators, and customer support agents on Claude in production.
- MCP ecosystem. Anthropic’s open Model Context Protocol is becoming the standard for connecting LLMs to enterprise systems — vendor-neutral, extensible, and supported by every major IDE and AI client. We have deep MCP development experience.
- Predictable behavior. Anthropic’s constitutional AI approach produces more reliable outputs on regulated topics. Fewer hallucinations on legal, medical, and financial content. Better refusal behavior on out-of-scope requests.
